1. About Flutterlily

Welcome to Flutterlily.

These Terms of Service apply when you use our website or purchase from our online store.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Flutterlily sells a range of items, including preloved goods.

Because preloved items have previously been owned or used, they may show signs of wear. We aim to describe each item accurately and highlight any noticeable marks, faults or imperfections in the product description and photographs.

Please read the description and view the photographs carefully before purchasing.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Nothing in this section affects your legal rights if an item is faulty, unsafe or not as described.

3. Orders

When you place an order with Flutterlily, you are making an offer to purchase the item.

Your order is accepted once we confirm that it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item has become unavailable or there has been an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after you have paid, you will receive a full refund.

As many of our preloved items are one of a kind, once an item has sold we may not be able to provide an identical replacement.

4. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

The price you pay will be the price displayed when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges shown at checkout.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown on our website or during checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within the times stated on our website.

Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. If there is a significant problem with your delivery, please contact us at flutterlily@hotmail.co.uk.

Your statutory rights relating to delivery are not affected.

Flutterlily is responsible for purchases you make directly from our store. Shopify provides the technology that enables us to operate the online store but is not the seller of the products you purchase from Flutterlily.
